TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to manage and supervise the implementation of the Investment Task, in particular: a) Performing the Engineer’s function in accordance with the Agreement and the Construction Contract; b) Managing costs and financial matters, in particular comprehensive handling of the Construction Contract with regard to its settlement, monitoring and reporting on costs and financial matters; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor’s Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) Managing the Construction Contract; e) Conducting environmental supervision (within the scope of monitoring the impact of the construction process, inter alia on surface and underground waters, noise, air, land surface, waste management, green area management, monitoring the construction stage with regard to the use of efficient machines and equipment and their proper operation and maintenance, use of means of transport and machines without overloading and overloading capacity, removal of machines after completion of work and, in the event of breakdown, to the designated parking location) and nature supervision, in accordance with the…
