TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services to be provided by the contractor is based on the publication series of the Committee of Associations and Chambers of Engineers and Architects for the Schedule of Fees for Services to be Provided by Engineers and Architects (AHO) e.V. (AHO), brochure No. 9 for project management services in the construction and real estate industry, in the version of the 6th edition 2025. The contractual service includes basic services and special services for project management, which are defined in more detail in the specifications of services (Annex 1). The envisaged services are commissioned in stages; i.e., with the award, the contracting authority transfers to the contractor Project Stage 1. In this project stage, the contractor is to provide in particular the project preparation services, based on the AHO publication series No. 9 “Project management services in the construction and real estate industry”, as of March 2025.
