Reconstruction and modernization of the former Border Guard station in Barciany for use as the headquarters of the Volunteer Fire Department 1. The subject of the contract includes the reconstruction and modernization of the former Border Guard station in Barciany for use as the headquarters of the Volunteer Fire Department under a design and build system, within the following scope: 1) preparation of design documentation together with obtaining all necessary opinions, arrangements and permits, including the building permit decision, i.e.: a) development of the construction design, executive designs, information regarding safety and health protection, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, bill of quantities and the investor’s cost estimate, as well as other studies necessary to obtain formal and legal documents required for issuing the building permit decision, collectively referred to hereinafter in the specification of the terms of the contract as design documentation, b) obtaining a map for design purposes and all conditions, opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions required by law, necessary for the contractor to apply on behalf of the…
