TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design services, technical verification, technical assistance on the part of the designer during the execution of the works and the execution of construction-installation works related to the project “Energy Efficiency Improvement for Mihai Eminescu Secondary School”. The design, technical verification, technical assistance on the part of the designer and the execution of construction-installation works for the investment objective “Energy Efficiency Improvement for Mihai Eminescu Secondary School” will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specification (terms of reference), the documentation for approval of works intervention, approved by H.C.L. no. 36/25.01.2024, the tender, i.e. the technical proposal and the financial proposal, as well as the contractual and legal provisions applicable in the field of design and execution of construction works. The duration of the design services provision and of the works execution is 12 months. The designer’s technical assistance is ensured throughout the entire period of works execution, during the works warranty period, and until the final acceptance of the objective.
