TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Forschungszentrum Jülich intends to award a framework agreement for services for building automation/automation and control/measurement and control (MSR) and heating/ventilation/sanitation/refrigeration planning with regard to the buildings of the Forschungszentrum 3. Short description of the assignment The contractor (AN) shall support the contracting authority (AG), in particular the Electrical Engineering (B-E) and Supply Engineering (B-V) divisions, in carrying out its duties as flexibly and quickly as possible through its service in the course of planning. The planning is structured by cost groups in accordance with DIN 276 and HOAI §53 as follows: KG 400 Building-technical installations • KG 410 Installation group 1 - Zone II • KG 420 Installation group 2 - Zone II • KG 430 Installation group 3 - Zone III • KG 480 Building and installation automation (MSR technology) / Installation group 8 - Zone III The service may be called up by the contracting authority in partial services from all performance areas to be provided.
