TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is external professional support for the preparation of municipal climate adaptation concepts for municipalities in the district that are members of the district, within a convoy, in accordance with Section 29f of the Climate Act (KlimaG BW). The services are provided under a framework agreement and are each commissioned through individual call-offs for several municipalities of a convoy. The invitation to tender covers four convoys. A convoy comprises at least three and at most seven municipalities belonging to the district. The convoy-specific, municipality-specific concepts for the municipalities of a convoy are to be prepared within 12 months. At most two convoys take place simultaneously. If, in a given year, no municipal convoy comes about, the contracting authority may commission demand items in the scope of 40-85 working days. These serve to carry out the district’s tasks under KlimaG BW Section 29f(1) sentence 3 “supporting the municipalities belonging to the district in adapting to the consequences of climate change”.
