TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Public Contract is the demolition of existing greenhouse structures, the construction of a new multi-bay greenhouse for the growing purposes of the Botanical Gardens Teplice, and the construction of an educational pavilion that will serve visitors, in particular pupils of primary and secondary schools. The subject of the Public Contract further includes site earthworks, including newly designed paved areas, new cultivation areas and utility networks. The reconstruction and revitalisation focuses in particular on technological equipment, with an emphasis on modular measuring and control systems for heating and humidity, while maintaining the simultaneous operation of the botanical gardens, ensuring the accessibility of and use of the premises by the public and third parties throughout the entire period of implementation in accordance with the approved schedule.
