TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Neuried plans the extension and renovation of the school centre in Ichenheim/Neuried, which includes an elementary school and a secondary school, in particular with regard to all-day care. The planning focus will be the elementary school; however, planning services are also to be provided for the secondary school and the heating centre. The objective of this procurement procedure is the award of architectural services. The total construction cost is estimated at approximately EUR 6–8 million gross. The scope of services to be provided includes the basic services for service phases 1–4 and 5–8 (optional 9) pursuant to Section 35 HOAI for the planning of buildings and interior spaces. The contract shall be awarded in stages. The contracting authority will remunerate the services with fee zone III. A conversion/refurbishment premium will be granted. As references, 2 constructed projects from the school construction sector must be submitted from the last 10 years. If more than 8 applications are received, a lot-drawing procedure will be carried out.
