TENDER DESCRIPTION

The public procurement targets services regarding the development, integration, testing, commissioning and piloting of 7 digital solutions — digitisation of the public services offered by the UAT, two-way communication with citizens, optimisation of the internal workflows of the mayor’s office, the education and awareness platform, assistance through the chatbot based on artificial intelligence, the reporting and analytics system (Business Intelligence) and the energy consumption optimisation module — delivered as an integrated digital ecosystem, on a shared modular architecture, with the data of each UAT kept isolated. The procurement includes training of staff and users, the handover of the licences/usage rights related to the developed solutions, and maintenance during the warranty period. The hardware equipment required for testing and piloting, purchased separately, does not form part of this procedure.
