TENDER DESCRIPTION

The performance of the contract contributes to the achievement of the Contracting Authority’s objectives regarding the modernization and energy efficiency of the built public assets, improving the energy performance of public buildings, and ensuring appropriate conditions for carrying out sports, cultural and social activities taking place within the Multipurpose Hall in Piatra Neamț Municipality. By implementing the contract, the preparation of the technical documentation at the Execution Technical Project phase is pursued and the necessary works are carried out for the energy efficiency improvement of the existing building, in accordance with the solutions approved through the technical and economic documentation and with compliance with the applicable legislation and technical regulations.
