The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and use of biologically degradable municipal waste of plant origin (catalogue numbers 20010801 or 200201), whereby this activity consists in particular of the following activities to which the contractor commits: 1. Rental, maintenance, labelling and washing of biowaste collection containers 2. Ensuring regular waste collection and its handover for further use The contracting authority sets the following technical conditions: * The contracting authority requires that all collections of biowaste collection containers (biowaste) under this public contract be carried out by commercial vehicles equipped with special attachments for municipal waste collection, capable of mechanically emptying commonly used upper-loading containers with capacities of 120 l, 240 l and 1 100 l.
