TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of third-line support services for the Centralny Service Desk system; 1) within the scope of the basic contract: a) provision of the Support Service for the SM Software, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Contract, but no earlier than 01.02.2027, b) provision of third-line support services, hereinafter referred to as the CSD System Maintenance Services, in a number of up to 6000 Working Hours, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the Contract, but no earlier than 01.02.2027, 2) within the scope of the option-covered contract: a) provision of the Support Service for the SM Software, for a period of 12 months calculated from the date of completion of the provision of the Support Service referred to in point 1 sub-point 1(a), b) provision of the CSD System Maintenance Service in a number of up to 1800 Working Hours, for a period of 12 months, calculated from the date of completion of the provision of the Maintenance Service referred to in point 1 sub-point 1(b). 2.
