TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of occupational medicine services for the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage 1. The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of medical services in the field of occupational medicine and diagnostic examinations and specialist consultations in accordance with the Act of 27 June 1997 on the occupational medicine service and with the Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 30 May 1996 on carrying out medical examinations of employees, the scope of preventive healthcare for employees and medical certificates issued for the purposes provided for in the Labour Code, to the extent necessary to issue medical certificates for candidates for employment and employees of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and for trainees. For organisational reasons resulting from the place of employment of employees, the Contracting Authority requires that examinations be carried out exclusively in the area of Warsaw at at least 2 facilities providing all services within the scope of occupational medicine examinations.
