TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services for soldiers and candidates for professional soldiers, and for employees of the Polish Armed Forces (RON), in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 30 May 1996 on conducting medical examinations of employees, covering preventive healthcare for employees and medical opinions issued for purposes provided for in the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended), on the basis of Article 229(4a) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code. Examinations under this task shall apply to persons working and serving in the following formations: 1st Tactical Aviation Wing, 21st Tactical Aviation Base, Military Unit JW.3775 AVIA Świdwin, Military Unit JW.8798 TELEINFORMATION NODE ŚWIDWIN, Military Gendarmerie ŚWIDWIN, Voluntary Basic Military Service, Active Reserve.
