TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services for the purposes of preventive examinations (initial, periodic, follow-up/control) for soldiers and employees of the Ministry of National Defence, 28 Military Economic Unit, and the units and institutions supplied by it, in 2027, located in the towns of Siedlce and Garwolin (according to the list indicated in Annex No 1 to the SWZ). The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract), in Annex No 6 to the SWZ (draft contract provisions with annexes) and in the remaining procurement documentation, which will be published on the website of the procurement procedure at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding to the Contractor contracts for the repetition of similar services pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in repeating similar services within 3 years from the date of awarding the original contract up to 70% of the original contract.
