Provision of preventive medical examinations in the field of occupational medicine for employees of the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolskie Voivodeship 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of preventive healthcare services in the field of occupational medicine, including initial, periodic and follow-up medical examinations, as well as vaccinations—for the employees of the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolskie Voivodeship.2. The conditions for performance of the contract and the detailed description of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract for public procurement, which will be incorporated into the text of this contract—the contract template—and constitute Annex No. 1C to the ToR (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).3.
