TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of secure parking management services for vehicles towed away, pursuant to Article 50a and 130a of the Road Traffic Law Act, excluding vehicles transporting hazardous materials 1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of secure parking management services intended for parking vehicles removed from the area of the city of Jaworzno on a continuous basis (24 hours a day on working days, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and maintaining all-day (24/7) readiness to accept vehicles removed pursuant to Article 50a and 130a of the Road Traffic Law Act, excluding vehicles transporting hazardous materials. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.
