TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of a full service for the entire Alcatel PBX system, Session Border Controller (SBC), Omnivista, as well as the robot 5 ALO call center system. The contract also serves to update the existing telecommunications system and/or to complement it in a compatible manner. Due to the requirement profile of the existing communications infrastructure, it is necessary, in addition, to place individual call-offs on the basis of the entire range of offers from the manufacturer Alcatel-Lucent. Therefore, it must be possible to procure all components of the entire product catalogue of Alcatel-Lucent under this contract.
