TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design contract for the preparation of complete planning documentation for a new educational centre extension to the existing educational building of the new Health Sciences Educational Centre of the SZTE Faculty of Health Sciences and Social Training (6726 Szeged, Temesvári körút 31., hrsz. 233.), including full scope plans for all disciplines, coordination with the authorities and obtaining approvals, and providing the level of detail necessary to implement the construction. Planned areas (usable floor area m2): - Main rooms total: 1 522 m2 - Garage–sub-basement: 1 000 m2 - Creation of parking spaces: 300 m2 Total usable floor area: 2 822 m2 The design task in particular, but not limited to, includes: • preparation of the updated as-built plan of the main building and surveying of the plot using geodesy; • ensuring that the extension complies with the rooms listed in the attached design programme, their functions and specified floor areas, as well as the staffing numbers and requirements; • coordination and optimization of all discipline plans. • if necessary, preparation/purchase of the technological plan and harmonization with discipline plans.
