Subject of the tender Antoniushaus gGmbH is currently building a school extension for the Peter-Josef-Briefs School in Hochheim am Main. This is a special needs school with currently 166 students with support needs in physical and motor development. The planned extension building is designed as an annex to the existing school building as a two-storey solid construction. In addition to supplementary classrooms, the extension is intended to add specialist classroom spaces to the school operations. The renovation of the existing building will be planned in parallel as part of a separate sub-project and is not part of this tender. The special requirements of the students and of the persons providing care and teaching are to be appropriately considered when continuing the existing planning, coordinating the specialist planning and further construction execution. In particular, the existing use concept, the approvals available and the fire protection planning are decisive.
