TENDER DESCRIPTION

The current approx. 65,000 PC workstations are equipped with hardware from various companies and, in most cases, with operating systems as well as office communication software from Microsoft. In addition, centrally provisioned applications and services are used, such as a central email platform, portals based on SAP NetWeaver, an information portal implemented with Drupal, and a document management system. Applications are operated in part on the basis of Windows Terminal Servers. As databases, with a few exceptions, products from Oracle and Microsoft are used. The workstations are integrated into a uniform directory and connected to a central Exchange system. For the workflows, the published state standards as well as the standards provided by HZD in their respectively valid version must be applied as binding. In particular, these include the ITIL-standardised operational processes of IT service management. With regard to the services being tendered, the processes for service delivery are in focus, namely incident, problem, change and release management.
