TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the Service for upgrading the SAP system, including the implementation and delivery of a complete SAP S/4HANA ERP system through a technical conversion of the existing SAP ECC system, including analysis of the current situation, planning and execution of data migration, adaptation of business processes, testing, putting the system into production, and providing support after implementation. In doing so, it is also necessary to perform the transition, i.e. conversion from SAP ECC licenses to the SAP S/4HANA licensing model. The subject of procurement includes: • technical conversion and data migration, • integration of the system, • licensing and subscriptions, • testing and quality assurance, • implementation and putting into production. The primary objective of the Contracting Authority is to raise the system to a higher technological level, ensure the stability and security of the system, ensure availability of upgraded versions of tools, continuity of process modules and introduction of new functionalities, with uninterrupted continuity of business operations.
