TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of this contract is the provision of construction supervision services within the construction project: Malcov – Lenartov – sewerage system and WWTP (hereinafter referred to as the “Construction Project”). The successful tenderer shall, in accordance with the conditions agreed in the contract, carry out supervision of the execution of works on the Construction Project pursuant to the contract for work concluded between the contracting authority and the contractor of the Construction Project so that all works on the construction site are carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN (Slovak technical standards) and technical specifications, within the specified time and within the price agreed in the contract for work, and in compliance with the conditions specified in the contract for work. 2.
