TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the contract: Planning services for the building services (technical building equipment, TGA) for the sports hall of the Grundschule Comeniusstraße. The contract covers the service phases 4 to 9 in accordance with HOAI for the plant groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 (cost groups 410, 420, 430, 480 and 540 in accordance with DIN 276). The basis is the design planning prepared by a third-party office, which is to be adopted, reviewed and updated up to execution-ready planning. Objective of the measure: Upgrading the existing sports hall and expanding its use as a multi-purpose hall for school events. Complete renewal of the building services in compliance with statutory regulations, technical rules and the quality standards of the city of Braunschweig. Construction measures: • Retention of the building envelope on the west and gable sides; demolition of the east equipment rooms. • Relocation of the WC facilities to a new extension; creation of additional areas for sports equipment and storage space for hall/stage technology. • Stage in the northern part of the hall possible: approx. 240 seats or approx. 400 standing places.
