TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is an case and document management system that complies with the Act on the Management of Public Administration Information in the Municipality of Keitele (906/2019) and the Archives Act (831/1994), as well as the requirements of the National Archives, and its delivery as a SaaS service in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The procurement also includes the following mandatory options: - e-meetings - Contract management - Electronic signing - Electronic long-term archiving - Separately ordered integrations The starting point for the procurement is a ready-made software solution that is in production use in all respects. The preliminary start date for implementation is from 1.1.2027 onwards. The framework agreement is valid until further notice. The procurement contract is concluded with a single tenderer that is the overall economically most advantageous. Sub-part tenders or alternative tenders are not permitted.
