TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is object planning for the roof and façade refurbishment of the listed building Kaiser-Karl-Ring 40a. The existing roof covering is severely damaged and is leaking at several points. In the recent past, this has already caused water damage to the lower storeys. Therefore, the roof must be urgently refurbished. In this context, the remaining single-glazed wooden windows are also to be replaced and the brickwork façade is to be refurbished in part. Due to the difficult conditions on the site, site logistics must be taken into account at an early stage in the planning. Since the construction measure must take place during ongoing operations, the work is planned to be carried out in construction phases. Through the procurement procedure, a planning office is to be found that provides the following services: Basic services and, where applicable, Special services of LPH 1 to 9 in accordance with § 34 HOAI for object planning of buildings and interior spaces.
