TENDER DESCRIPTION
Awarding of services for building design according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Section 1, service phases 1 - 4 pursuant to § 34 et seq. HOAI 1. General project description Within the framework of the municipal heat planning (KWP) of the city of Neckarsulm, the heat generators at the existing biomass combined heat and power plant (BMHKW) will largely be renewed in the next few years and additional energy generation and supply systems installed. The planning services in service phase 1 for the creation of the transformation plan were awarded at the end of 2023 to the engineering office Björnsen from Leonberg in the course of the renewal of the thermal oil heater. For this, funding (Module 1, Service phases 1-4) was applied for and approved according to the guideline for the federal funding of efficient heating networks (BEW). The basic evaluation according to HOAI (service phase 1), i.e. the creation of the transformation plan, has been completed since autumn 2025.
