Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft intends to award the services for technical equipment planning of plant groups 410, 420, 430 and 440 (sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical) pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI for the renewal of building services systems as part of the complex refurbishment of the properties Günselstraße 9-17, Hartriegelstraße 1-13, Haselstraße 2-14 and Südblick 10-14 in 04329 Leipzig-Paunsdorf (Paunsdorf 11th BA). Planned is the refurbishment of the building envelope including the windows, the insulation of the basement ceiling and the top-storey ceiling, as well as the partial renewal of the building services systems.
