TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment consists of: - acting as the landlord and long-term managing the police station building in Vällingby, - carrying out procurement of and/or contracting any designers, - in cooperation with the Swedish Police Authority (Polismyndigheten) to design new, and/or alteration and/or extension projects, - carrying out procurement of and/or contracting a construction contractor, and - acting as the client during the contract period and being responsible for all permits, including both detailed plan matters (detailed planning issues), building permit documentation, as well as arranging the process for building permits. All of the above shall be carried out in consultation with and in close cooperation with the Swedish Police Authority (Polismyndigheten).
