TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Virtaa rescue and emergency care station as a lease procurement on the plot designated by the City of Virtaa. The lessor will construct the leased property such that the lessor is responsible for the costs of the design, construction and maintenance of the leased property. The lessor will receive compensation for the costs in the form of rent agreed in the lease agreements. The provider selected for the project is the party that will undertake the construction project: the investor, the developer, the main contractor and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building. The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area will act as the tenant and user for at least 20 years.
