TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to capacity constraints, an extension building is required at the above-mentioned special needs school with a focus on intellectual development. For this purpose, the existing school building is to be extended by the special needs focus on physical and motor development (KmE), with additional classrooms, a canteen and an administration area. An undeveloped plot on the school grounds is available for implementing the measure. The construction site is located on a slope and borders to the north on August-Vilmar-Straße. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. This requires special measures for setting up the construction site and for servicing it. For the extension building, a preliminary design/feasibility study is already available, including a space concept coordinated with the users. The central location of the construction site with limited space requires detailed construction-site logistics, which must not affect ongoing school operations.
