TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Hechingen aims to implement the new construction of a daycare center in the district of Stetten and in the immediate vicinity of the existing hall. The day-care facility is intended to comprise a total of five groups: two U3 groups with 10 children each, and three U3+ groups with 20–25 children. The childcare models to be offered are VÖ (extended opening hours on five days per week) and GT (full-day care). Therefore, the premises are to be developed in such a way that in two of the three U3+ groups, full-day care would be possible. This enables a flexible design of the childcare model, tailored to the needs of families. The project will be implemented in full in one construction phase. It is currently unclear whether implementation will be carried out from service phase 5 (execution planning) by a general contractor. For this reason, the planning offices are initially to be commissioned only for service phases 1–4. At a later stage, it will be decided whether the structural implementation will be carried out through individual contracts or by a general contractor.
