TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in: collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties located within the Municipality of Łańcut, where residents live, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the amount of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation delivered for landfill. 1.1. Non-segregated waste (mixed) and bio-waste constituting municipal waste will be collected: a) from single-family residential buildings: - in the period from 1 June to 31 August – no less frequently than once every two weeks, - during the remaining period – once per month; b) from multi-unit buildings: no less frequently than once every 10 days. 1.2. Collection of segregated waste once per month, in accordance with a schedule established by the Contractor. 1.3.
