TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of Gmina Miasto Nowy Targ from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 1.1. Collection of waste originating from inhabited and uninhabited properties: 1) in a selective manner: i.e. with division into five fractions specified below, resulting from the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Gmina Miasto Nowy Targ: a) “PAPER” – containing paper waste collected selectively, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard; provided that for paper, the authorised operator will deliver bags intended for this purpose to property owners, b) “METALS AND PLASTICS” – containing metal waste collected selectively, including packaging waste from metals, plastics waste, including packaging waste from plastics, and multi-material packaging waste, c) “GLASS” – containing glass waste collected selectively, including packaging waste from glass; provided that for glass, the authorised operator will deliver bags intended for this purpose to property owners, d) “BIO” – containing biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste (waste…
