TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the municipal waste specified in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract from property owners in whose properties residents live, located within the territory of the Długosiodło municipality, and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Długosiodło, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, in a manner compliant with the regulations in force during the performance of the contract and in a manner ensuring: a) achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, excluding other than non-hazardous construction and demolition waste that constitutes municipal waste; b) limiting the amount of municipal waste subject to biodegradation transferred for landfill in relation to the amount of such waste generated in 1995, as specified in the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and in normative acts.
