TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The waste covered by this contract must be collected and then managed at installations that hold decisions permitting processing of these wastes in the recovery/recycling process, in a manner compliant with the applicable provisions of law in this respect and the recovery/recycling processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Dz.U.2020.797 consolidated text as at 2020.05.04). 2. Waste collection will take place by transport organized by the Contractor and at its cost. 3. Loading of waste on the part of the Contracting Authority. 4. Waste with code 19 12 12 will be collected by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority, at the Waste Management Plant address: ul. Działkowa 20, 59-100 Polkowice. 5. The Contractor is obliged to collect the above-mentioned waste using heavy vehicles whose type will enable the loading of waste by the Contracting Authority after prior arrangements. 6. After one month from performing the service, the Contractor will be required to deliver to the Contracting Authority documents confirming the final processing of the waste, together with information that the waste provided has not been subjected to landfilling in…
