TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code 19 12 12, i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, originating from the Waste Management Plant operated by Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn. Part I – waste originating after processing mixed municipal waste and waste from selective collection. The minimum total quantity of waste with code 19 12 12 during the term of the contract is 2000.00 Mg, and the maximum is 4500.00 Mg. The minimum weekly quantity is 90.00 Mg. At the same time, we inform you that the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to be obliged to order collection during the term of the contract of the maximum quantity of waste indicated above.
