TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nandsit), originating from mechanical-biological treatment of municipal waste, including bulky waste, that does not have the character of hazardous, inert or biodegradable waste, in a manner ensuring the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder. 2. The Contracting Authority has no influence on the waste stream accepted due to the very high variability of this stream; therefore, the contract has been divided into the basic scope (guaranteed) and an option referred to in Article 441(1) of the PZP Act. The Contracting Authority may use the option in full or in part, once or in several parts. An option is envisaged concerning an increase in the amount of waste with the code intended for collection and management of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nandsit). 3. The quantity of waste with code ex19 12 12 (nandsit) intended for collection and management under the basic contract is 5,000 Mg. 4.
