TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim is to optimize, standardize and digitize core HR processes. The system will create a unified platform that increases efficiency, promotes transparency, supports and implements legal requirements, and strengthens the strategic role of the HR department. The contractor supports with the implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training, commissioning and ongoing operation of the HRMS in close cooperation with DEGES, both technically and in terms of subject matter. The HRMS is to be implemented and, after that, support is to be provided for operation. The HRMS will have an open and documented interface architecture in order to enable future system integrations and enhancements to functionality. The aim is a rapid and effective implementation. An operational core objective is to ensure functional capability.
