TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim is to optimise, standardise and digitise core HR processes. The system will create a single platform that increases efficiency, promotes transparency, supports and implements legal requirements, and strengthens the strategic role of the HR department. The contractor supports the implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training, commissioning and ongoing operation of the HRMS in close cooperation with DEGES, both in terms of subject matter and technically. The HRMS must be implemented and, following that, support must be provided for its operation. The HRMS will have an open and documented interface architecture in order to enable future system integrations and functional extensions. The aim is to implement the implementation quickly and effectively. A core operational objective is to ensure functional capability.
