TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the execution of the planned multi-apartment construction with public rental apartments, the associated underground garage, outdoor development, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to municipal public utility infrastructure, and accompanying shared, technical and ancillary rooms in the Tezno area in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction is planned to comprise approximately 46 to 50 residential units, intended to provide public rental apartments, together with all associated arrangements required for the functional, lawful, technically appropriate and rational execution of the investment. The purpose of the investment is to obtain high-quality, functional, energy-efficient, sustainable and long-term rational public rental apartments, designed in a manner that enables economical construction, effective maintenance, appropriate quality of living, and the implementation of the investment in accordance with mandatory requirements for green public procurement, in particular regarding efficient energy use, the use of renewable energy sources, sustainable materials and the use of wood or wood products as a sustainable building…
