TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the execution of the planned multi-apartment construction with public rental dwellings, the associated underground garage, external site arrangements, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to public utility infrastructure, and accompanying shared, technical and ancillary premises in the Tezno area in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction of approximately 46 to 50 residential units is planned, intended to provide public rental dwellings, together with all associated arrangements required for a functional, lawful, technically appropriate and rational execution of the investment. The purpose of the investment is to obtain high-quality, functional, energy-efficient, sustainable and long-term rational public rental dwellings, designed in a manner that enables economical construction, effective maintenance, an appropriate standard of living, and the execution of the investment in accordance with the mandatory requirements of green public procurement, in particular regarding efficient use of energy, the use of renewable energy sources, sustainable materials and the use of wood or wood products as a sustainable building…
