TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the investment is the implementation of the planned multi-apartment construction with public rental apartments, the associated underground garage, outdoor arrangements, traffic arrangements, parking areas, connections to the public utility infrastructure infrastructure, and accompanying shared, technical and ancillary premises in the Tezno area in the City Municipality of Maribor. The construction is planned to comprise approximately 46 to 50 residential units intended to provide public rental apartments, together with all associated arrangements required for the functional, lawful, technically suitable and rational execution of the investment. The purpose of the investment is to obtain quality, functional, energy-efficient, sustainable and long-term rational public rental apartments, designed in a way that enables economical construction, effective maintenance, appropriate quality of living, and execution of the investment in accordance with the mandatory requirements of green public procurement, in particular regarding efficient use of energy, use of renewable energy sources, sustainable materials, and use of wood or wood-based products as a sustainable building…
