TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement includes preparation of design documentation, with an option for subsequent phases. The purpose of the conversion and renovation of the Maritime Museum is, by addressing building-technical, functional and logistical deficiencies, to create a well-functioning building which, while preserving the building’s unique values, enables the tenant and SFV’s management to carry out operations in the building in an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient manner.
