TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is: a) supply of electricity under the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law and in the implementing regulations issued on its basis, b) settlement of surpluses (purchase back) of electricity generated in installations of renewable energy sources (RES) indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the OPZ, which will be fed into the network of the local OSD together with the commercial balancing service under the terms set out in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ for the present procedure. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
