The subject of the procurement is the Ruovesi rescue and emergency medical services station as a rental arrangement for the plot designated by the City of Ruovesi. The lessor will construct the rental premises so that the lessor is responsible, at its own expense, for the design, construction and maintenance of the rental premises. The lessor will receive compensation for the costs in the form of the rent agreed in the lease agreement. The provider selected for the project will be the party undertaking the construction project, an investor, a developer/contracting party, the main contractor, and the lessor, as well as the holder of the property and the owner of the building.
