Construction of a nursing home and renovation/conversion of the existing nursing home into student and staff accommodation – Services for technical equipment, scope groups (ALG) 4, 5 and 6, service phases 1-3, 5-9 in accordance with Sections 53 et seq. HOAI Kreszentia-Stift is a long-established residential and nursing home in the centre of Munich and, since 1859, has served to care for and support older people in different life and care situations. The existing site comprises several building sections of different ages and provides both fully inpatient care areas and barrier-free housing options, as well as additional uses. For the most part, the existing building structures no longer meet today’s and the future expected requirements for a modern care, support and housing concept. In particular, the floor plans, room sizes, access routes, technical systems, as well as the energy and fire protection-related equipment only partially satisfy current functional, care-related and legal standards.
