TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is described in the tender request appendix “Service description”. For Lot 1, five (5) suppliers are selected unless there are fewer eligible tenderers meeting the qualification requirements and acceptable bids. The selection criterion is overall economic advantage, on the basis of the best price-quality ratio as follows: - Price, weight 30 % - Quality, weight 70 % If two or more tenderers receive the same total score in the comparison: - preference is given to the tenderer whose quality scores are higher - if both the quality comparison points and the price points are the same, the order is determined by a draw. The estimated value of Lot 1 excluding value added tax for the entire contract period (including any option periods) is EUR 27,300,000 and the maximum value excluding value added tax is EUR 34,100,000.
